Crafted in Minnesota, just 150 miles from Bob Dylan’s birthplace, this 7-year-old wheated bourbon is shaped by the wild extremes of the North Country.
Aged through sweltering summers and subzero winters, this small-batch release delivers a bold yet balanced profile—sweet and spicy, familiar and unexpected. Bottled at cask strength, Homesick Blues has a deep, rich hue and velvety texture with notes of honey, caramel, and baking spice.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, rich amber with copper-gold hues and a warm, sunlit glow.
Nose
Honeyed sweetness flows into caramel and vanilla, with toasted oak underpinning the perfume. Spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove—linger, sparked by maple and warm wood. A bold, velvety nose that hints at cask-strength depth.
Palate
Full-bodied and velvety, this palate opens with honeyed caramel sweetness that glides into warm vanilla. Baking spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove—rise against subtle oak and char, giving structure without harshness. At cask strength the heat is integrated, delivering a bold yet balanced mouthfeel and a long, spice-kissed finish.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with honeyed sweetness and dark caramel, brightened by baking spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—then slowly fading to toasted oak and vanilla, a warm, lingering glow that carries the memory of North Country summers and winters.
