Cut to 91 proof with natural limestone-filtered "sweet" water from the Widow Jane mine in upstate Rosendale, New York.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark amber with coppery glints and a warm honey-golden glow.
Nose
Cherry drop sweets mingle with brown toast and clove honey; butterscotch and hot fudge swirl with rum-raisin ice cream, while a cool hint of menthol threads through caramel and vanilla.
Palate
Black cherry drives the palate, opening to juicy rum-soaked raisins and brown sugar. Aromatic, spicy oak layers in with mint and a kiss of maple syrup on pancakes, delivering warmth and depth. The mid-palate is velvety and slightly chewy, leading to a long, cherry-wood finish with subtle spice.
Finish
Cherry jam on rye toast lingers with menthol, dark chocolate, sandalwood and clove.
