A 10 year old Bourbon from Widow Jane in Brooklyn, New York which is made with a core of Wapsie Valley corn. Every bottle is drawn from a Single Barrel, so alongside its core flavour profile, each one will have unique elements coming through.
Cut to 91 proof with natural limestone-filtered "sweet" water from the Widow Jane mine in upstate Rosendale, New York.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a honey-bronze glow.
Nose
Bright cherry-drop sweetness opens to brown toast laced with clove honey, followed by ribbons of butterscotch and hot fudge. A touch of rum-soaked raisins lingers, with cool menthol and caramel-vanilla warmth tying the aroma together.
Palate
Black-cherry opening with juicy rum-soaked raisins and brown sugar. Aromatic, spicy oak adds mint notes and a hint of maple pancake syrup, delivering a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Cherry jam on rye toast lingers with menthol, dark chocolate, sandalwood and clove.
