Colour

Sherry-rich nose with dark fig and raisin, orange zest and plum, layered with toasted almond, cocoa nib, and walnut. Hints of vanilla, toffee and spice—cinnamon and clove—drift over polished oak, delivering a warm, velvety lift.

Palate

Silky, opulent on the palate, with sherry-darkened sweetness. Fig, raisin and plum mingle with cocoa, dark chocolate and a hint of caramel. Spices—nutmeg, cinnamon, clove—drift over refined oak and subtle coffee notes. Medium-full body, warm and lingering, finishing with fruit-driven sweetness fading to spice and oak.

Finish

An extended, sherry‑kissed finish coats the palate with dark fruit and cocoa. Dried fig and raisin linger beside toasted almond and subtle spice, with a citrus lift from orange zest. Silky and persistent, the warmth fades slowly into a refined, creamy oak echo.
