Colour
Deep coppery amber with mahogany undertones.
Nose
Creamy vanilla opens, followed by soft caramel and toffee. The aroma settles to a milder sweetness, revealing fresh and stewed apple. Fresh-cut oak enters late, bringing green notes with a hint of lacquer. A touch of wood putty lingers near the bottom, lending a light, waxy viscosity to the bouquet.
Palate
Wood spices take center stage, ginger and nutmeg weaving through a warming, subtly peppery frame. Sweetness arrives later, bringing soft citrus and orchard fruit, while the oak stays clean and lightly dry, lending a refined, lingering finish.
Finish
Oak-driven and refined, the finish carries light fruit notes—apple and citrus—with a gentle, lingering sweetness.
