Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany-tinged rim.
Nose
Warming winter spices take center stage, mingling cinnamon, clove and ginger into a fragrant, elegant bouquet. A refined warmth suggests patient cask aging, inviting quiet reflection before the first sip.
Palate
Burnished oak unfolds into soaked raisins and sweet sultanas, layered with wood spices, dark fruit and a lift of citrus. Plush and refined, the sweetness carries through the palate, balanced by gentle spice and an oak-driven, lingering finish.
Finish
Liquorice and aniseed appear late, harmonizing with sweet oak to yield a long, refined finish. A gentle whisper of spice and dried fruit lingers, leaving an elegant, lasting impression.
