Nose
Soft peat smoke mingles with honeyed sweetness, releasing vanilla, toffee and ripe orchard fruit. A subtle spice warms the nose, while warm, resinous oak lingers in the background.
Palate
Silky, creamy palate with honeyed sweetness and orchard fruit. Peat smoke is refined, delivering a gentle, vanilla-tinged smokiness. Mid-palate reveals toffee, vanilla and a hint of sherry, balanced by subtle spice and warm oak. Finish is long and warming, with lingering smoke and sweetness.

Long, velvety finish where gentle peat and vanilla sweetness mingle with sherry‑toned fruit and toasted oak. The smoke lingers, revealing cocoa and spice, before fading to a warm, refined glow.
