Colour

Nose

Polished oak and a whisper of smoke support a rich, inviting nose. Dried orange peel, fig and raisin mingle with almond and toasted walnut, fed by toffee, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. Spices emerge, cinnamon and clove, lifting the aroma into a refined, mature profile with a subtle sherry sweetness and hints of Christmas cake fruit.

Palate

Velvety on the palate, ripe dried fruit—raisin, fig, date—melds with dark chocolate and orange zest. Sherried sweetness cushions subtle spice of cinnamon and clove over warm oak and vanilla. The finish lingers with fruit, toffee, and a gentle, long-spun spice.

Finish

Elegant and warming, the finish lingers with polished oak and sherry spice, as raisin, fig and dark chocolate deepen into a long, nutty fade. A touch of orange zest and leather emerges, slowly receding to leave a refined, lingering echo of Glentauchers' Highland maturity.
