Rich golden-amber with coppery highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Subtle peat smoke threads through a bright scent of citrus zest and honeyed peach, unfurling sherry-dark fruit—raisins, fig and apricot—complemented by almond, vanilla and toasted oak from the ex-sherry and new American oak casks. Refined, inviting, softly maritime.
Palate
Silky and softly peated, this whisky coats the palate with creamy vanilla and honeyed fruit. Sherry cask influence brings dried apricot and fig alongside cocoa and almond, while a gentle spice of cinnamon and nutmeg weaves through toasted oak. A subtle peat smoke lingers, delivering a warm, polished finish.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish unfolds with sherry-soaked fruit, a whisper of peat smoke, and warm almond oak. Raisins and orange zest linger with cinnamon and vanilla, slowly fading to a dry, elegant nuttiness.
