Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden straw with warm honey highlights and a gentle amber glow.

Nose

Runny honey, vanilla wafers and nutty praline mingle with mocha, hazelnut syrup, blackcurrant cordial, honeycomb and marzipan.

Palate

Silky palate unfolds with blackcurrant chews and winey black grape notes, mingling with spiced mocha and nutty praline, then smoked toffee apples and a whisper of spiced chocolate.

Finish

A spicy honeyed finish with toasted nuts, dark forest fruits and vanilla toast; mocha-praline sweetness lingers as red-wine and black-grape notes weave through, yielding a juicy, fruit-driven tail with warm spice.
