Nose

A lush, creamy core of vanilla and coconut opens, with creme brulee, pannacotta, almond sponge cake and citrus curd unfolding, followed by baked meringue, white chocolate, Turkish delight and a whisper of freshly shaved wood.

Palate

Vanilla fudge, coconut, sugared almonds, white chocolate truffles, dusting of white pepper, some sappy oak, orange oil, lemon curd and meringue.

Finish

Vanilla and coconut linger, with sugared almonds and a dusting of icing sugar on white grapefruit. Turkish delight sweetness threads through, while melted white chocolate rests atop soft meringue, leaving a creamy, confectionery fade.
