Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep coppery amber with mahogany undertones, glowing with warm sherry-gold hues.
Nose
Delicate, refined nose of orchard fruits, pear and apple, kissed by honeyed vanilla and a touch of toffee. Almonds and dried fruit unfold, with gentle oak spice and a whisper of sherry warmth, yielding quiet Highland elegance.
Palate
Silky and delicately sherried on the palate, with dark-fruit depth of fig and raisin, touched by almond and a whisper of cocoa. Subtle spice—cinnamon, nutmeg—lends lift, while polished oak frames a long, refined, quietly warming finish.
Finish
Silky and poised, the finish opens with dusky dried fruit and faint sherry-wood, a warm, subtle spice lingering along the palate. Cocoa and oak drift into a refined fade, leaving a polished, nutty sweetness that persists with quiet elegance.
