Colour

Opulent on the nose, with dark prunes and dried figs mingling with sherry sweetness. Vanilla, toffee and toasted oak rise in harmony, while orange zest and almond add brightness. A whisper of spice hints at three-cask maturation, delivering depth and elegance.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, this Solera Reserve unfolds with Sherry-driven fruit and Bourbon vanilla. Dried fig and raisin meet candied orange, toffee and caramel, framed by oak spice. Subtle cinnamon and clove add warmth, while a velvet finish lingers with balanced fruit, vanilla and gentle tannin.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherry sweetness and warm spice. Dried fruit, toffee and almond unfold on a silky oak backbone, while cocoa notes linger. The warmth floats gently, fading into a refined, honeyed spice that persists.
