Silky and full on the palate, the sherry cask influence delivers dark fig and raisin sweetness, lifted by ripe cherry and orange zest. Rich cocoa, toffee and praline entwine with vanilla and polished oak, while baking spices—nutmeg, cinnamon, clove—add warmth. The finish is medium to long, with dark fruit, cocoa nibs and a subtle nutty, rancio note lingering elegantly.
