Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm copper highlights and a honeyed, sunlit depth.
Nose
Warm, honeyed malt with crisp orchard fruit, vanilla and a touch of toasted oak. Sherry-cask echoes bring dried fig and raisin, with almond and a measured spice. A gentle malt sweetness lingers, while cinnamon and nutmeg add refined, old-world elegance to the Speyside aroma.
Palate
Silky, malt-forward and creamy, with honeyed orchard fruits, orange zest and toffee. Dried fig and raisin deepen the sweetness, while nutmeg and gentle oak bring refined spice. A whisper of almond adds lift, finishing with warm malt, vanilla and a polished oak sweetness that lingers.
Finish
Long, refined finish with warming spice and a hint of sherry sweetness. Oak-driven notes of tobacco, vanilla and almond linger, fading to a silky, nutty glow that leaves a lasting, elegant impression.
