Glenfiddich Havana Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Unboxed) 21 Year Old
Out of stock
One of the top Glenfiddich bottles for collectors as it was banned from sale in the USA due to the Cuba / Havana references and thus consequentially re-branded. Most of these original bottles were consumed (this really is an excellent dram so we're told by Glenfiddich experts) so this is now a very rare bottle to find indeed.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold glow and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Aromas of dark fruit and sherried sweetness rise from the glass: raisin, fig and date mingle with orange zest and toffee. Rich cocoa, vanilla and subtle spice unfold, while hints of leather, cigar-box and tobacco lend refined depth. Velvet oak frames a lingering warmth, revealing a luxurious, complex dram hidden in every aromatic layer.
Palate
Silky, sherry-kissed and richly fruity on the palate. Deep fig and raisin mingle with cocoa, candied orange and toasted almond, all wrapped in velvety oak with a kiss of spice. A refined sweetness lingers with warm vanilla, leading to a long, tobacco-tinged finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherry depth: dark cherry and raisin fruit linger alongside toffee, cocoa and warming spice, rounded by polished oak. A velvety, enduring fade that carries a gentle, refined sweetness.
