On the palate, a silky, medium-bodied style with sherry-led sweetness. Ripe pear and dried fig mingle with caramel, orange zest and almond, supported by gentle oak. Warm spices—ginger and cinnamon—thread through the mid-palate, finishing long with toffee, dark chocolate and a soft tobacco echo.

A long, refined finish that lingers with orchard fruit—ripe pear and apple—woven with vanilla and subtle oak spice. A gentle wave of toffee and almond sweetness fades into a warm, silky finale that invites another sip.
