Colour
Dark copper, deep and lustrous with a warm amber sheen and hints of mahogany.
Nose
Elegant and refined on the nose, with delicate floral notes and candyfloss sweetness. Youthful for its age.
Palate
On the palate, apples and pears are lifted by a generous sherry influence, unfolding with depth and balance. A chocolatey, lingering finish builds to a refined crescendo.
Finish
A crescendo finish where sherry-spiced apples and pears unfold into a long, orchestral finale. Rich dark chocolate lingers, a luxurious cocoa-draped conclusion.
