Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark amber with a warm, radiant glow.
Nose
Fresh and flawless after forty years, this nose opens with a bright, sherry-kissed aura and a delicate sweetness of toffee caramel. Subtle oak, gentle spice, and hints of dried fruit weave through the aroma, all wrapped in warm, refined richness.
Palate
Full-bodied and richly warming, with a gentle spiciness that coats the palate. The warmth remains through the sip, finishing with a subtle tannin that lingers.
Finish
Long, warm finish with a gentle tannic bite and subtle spice. Toffee caramel lingers beside sherry-soft richness, tapering to a refined oak-tinged afterglow that invites the next pour.
