Opulent sherry nose with dark fruit and citrus zest—prune, fig and raisin mingling with orange peel. Toasted almond, vanilla and subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—layer over caramel toffee and cocoa, with a warm oak undercurrent.

Palate

Silky and full-bodied, it unfolds with lush sherried sweetness—figs, raisins and dark cherries, balanced by toffee and toasted nuts. Spices rise—cinnamon, clove, a hint of cocoa—woven with sturdy oak. At 46% ABV the texture remains bright, the finish long and warming, with orange zest and chocolate notes lingering.

Finish

Very long, warming finish that unfurls with dried fruit, fig and orange zest, layered over toasted oak and a subtle chocolate note. The sherry sweetness lingers softly, easing into a refined nutty echo that leaves the senses balanced and lingering.
