Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.

With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Deep mahogany-amber with a coppery glow.

Nose

An opulent nose of rich dried fruits, dark chocolate and bright orange peel, lifted by warming sweet spice. A suave sherry-cask depth hints at raisins and toasted nuts, inviting a luxurious, lingering perfume.

Palate

Full and rounded on the palate, with raisin and toffee sweetness entwined with cocoa, framed by oak spice and roasted nuts. A warm, sherry-toned finish lingers elegantly.

Finish

Long, warming and gently spiced, with a lingering note of fruit and oak.
