Colour

Deep copper-amber with rich mahogany depth and a subtle ruby-red glow.

Nose

Opulent sherried bouquet of dark fruits—prune, fig and plum—woven with chocolate, raisin and a syrupy, old-wood glow. A whirl of orange zest, toasted almond, and espresso spice mingles with leather and cigar-box notes, while vanilla and fresh oak lend a silky, lingering elegance.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate: dark fruit compote of fig and prune layered with treacle, cocoa and a hint of orange zest. Spices of cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with polished oak, while subtle leather and tobacco add depth. A long, warming finish.

Finish

Extremely long and luxurious, the finish pours out with dried fruit sweetness—raisins and fig—beneath rich sherry. Cocoa, espresso and orange zest unfold slowly, while baking spices—ginger and cinnamon—linger with polished oak and a hint of leather, leaving a warm, lingering ember of refinement.
