Glendronach's Single Cask releases highlight the influence of sherry cask maturation in its purest form. Presented in the distillery’s iconic brown box packaging, each bottling is taken from a single sherry cask, allowing the character of the wood and the richness of the maturation to take centre stage.
With Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at the heart of the range, these whiskies are known for their depth, texture and generous notes of dried fruit, chocolate, spice and oak.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep, opulent mahogany with a burnished copper edge and a ruby-tinged amber glow, rich, inviting and resonant with sherry maturation.
Nose
Rich dried fruits, dark chocolate and orange peel rise with warming sweet spice, all braided with oak. The sherry cask influence laces the aroma, giving a luxurious, cocoa-touched depth.
Palate
Full and rounded on the palate, revealing raisin, toffee, cocoa and oak spice, with roasted nuts adding texture; a luxurious, velvety finish of warmth and lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long, warming and gently spiced, the finish lingers with dried fruit and cocoa, a hint of orange zest, and warm oak spice, fading to a fruit-driven echo of raisin as the oak leaves its final impression.
