Nose
Bright, fruit-forward nose of ripe apple and pear, laced with honeyed vanilla and creamy toffee. Sherry-influenced warmth brings dried fig and raisin, a touch of almond, and gentle oak spice, all wrapped in soft, inviting sweetness.
Palate
Silky on the palate, bright orchard fruit and honey mingle with dried raisin and almond from the sherry cask. Vanilla warmth and gentle cinnamon spice float over a soft oak backbone, finishing long with toffee and lingering fruit notes.
Finish
Silky vanilla and orchard fruit give way to a nutty, cocoa-dusted finish, with a gentle sherry sweetness and a final waft of spice that lingers warmly on the palate.
