Colour

Golden amber with coppery highlights.

Nose

Green apple and pear lead the nose, with caramelized vanilla and honeyed barley following in soft cream. A subtle sherry whisper enters with dried fruit and spice, while delicate oak and citrus add lift—polished, inviting, and refined.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with creamy vanilla and honey weaving through crisp orchard fruit. Dried-fruit notes—raisin and fig—linger, aided by a touch of cocoa and almond. Subtle spice and gentle oak provide warmth, yielding a balanced, lingering finish that invites another thoughtful sip.

Finish

Long and elegant, the finish unfolds with subtle sherry sweetness, caramel and dried fruit, a touch of almond, and creamy vanilla. Warm oak spice lingers, inviting the next sip with a gentle, nutty glow.

(Glen-MOR-ay) Glen Moray was founded in 1897 in Elgin, when the old Elgin West Brewery was converted into a distillery, with the first spirit running on 13 September that year. After a short silent period during the First World War, production resumed and the distillery was later acquired by Macdonald & Muir, before passing to La Martiniquaise in 2008.
