A 1995 Glen Keith single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single hogshead for more than two decades, before being bottled in November 2019 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland range.
Aromas of lemon cheesecake, pears, biscuits and freshly-baked bread the nose. The palate has notes of tea, fresh citrus, celery, green apples and rosemary, with a long lingering finish.

Nose
Lemon cheesecake, ripe pears, buttery biscuits and freshly baked bread rise from the glass, weaving citrus cream with warm bakery notes into an inviting, elegantly fragrant nose.
Palate
Tea notes mingle with fresh citrus, crisp green apples and celery, accentuated by rosemary. The palate evolves toward a bright, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with citrus zest and tea notes lingering, followed by herbaceous rosemary and green-apple brightness that slowly fades to a soft, biscuity warmth.
