Green apple and pear rise with citrus zest, bright and inviting, paired with vanilla and a touch of oak. A delicate sherry whisper adds dried fruit, almond, and cocoa, lending warm, refined depth to this Speyside malt.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, this Speyside reveals dried fruit and orange zest over a cocoa-tinged backbone. Fig and raisin mingle with almond and toffee, while cinnamon and white pepper lift the mid-palate. Sherry depth lingers with polished oak and a hint of leather, delivering a long, warming finish.
Finish
Silky, long finish with a pronounced sherry-kissed sweetness. Dried fig, raisin and orange zest unfold on a bed of cacao, wrapped in seasoned oak and delicate spice. The warmth lingers, evolving into a refined, cocoa-flecked fade.
