Opulent nose of sun-dried raisins and figs with prunes and treacle. Orange zest, caramel toffee and dark chocolate unfold, braided with Pedro Ximenez sherry sweetness, framed by rich oak, spice and a whisper of leather.

Palate

Luxuriously creamy and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with dark fruit compote—fig, date, prune and raisin—laced with PX caramel, treacle and cocoa. Spice of cinnamon and nutmeg rides over orange zest and vanilla, with gentle oak warmth. Velvety, persistent, and dessert-like on the finish.

Finish

Pedro Ximénez sherry-cask finish imparts an opulent, long frame with dark prune and fig, glazed in treacle and cocoa, and warmed by spice. A velvety sweetness lingers, tapering to toasted oak and espresso notes, leaving a refined, warming finish.
