Palate

Powerful, sherried richness coats the palate with dark plum, fig and raisin, braided with orange zest, cherry, toffee and vanilla. Thick, satin-like oils mingle with cocoa, coffee and toasted almond, while oak spice lends depth. At 59.9% it remains remarkably integrated, delivering a long, warming finish that fuses fruit sweetness with resilient wood and a hint of spice.

Finish

Unabashedly long and warming, with dark fig and chocolate notes weaving through sherry-rich sweetness. Toasted oak and spice—cinnamon, clove—persist, while orange zest and dried fruit trail into a polished, resinous fade.
