Enjoy this Rum Cask Matured Single Malt from Eden Mill, and savour the vibrant, fruity notes it has to offer.

Despite being the lightest in colour of this Cask Mastery release, this whisky still has a great depth of flavour. Banana bread, demerara sugar and vanilla come through on the nose of this whisky. On the palate, you can expect caramelised pineapple, a light cereal maltiness and some oaky notes. The finish is rich coffee, subtle spice and and lingering hint of oak.

Banana bread, demerara sugar and vanilla lead the nose, a warm, bakery-sweet aroma with gentle depth from the rum-cask maturation.

Caramelised pineapple leads the palate, balanced by a light cereal maltiness and subtle oak notes.

(EE-den mill) Eden Mill was founded in 2012 in Guardbridge, just outside St Andrews, and brought distilling back to the area after a gap of more than 150 years. Rooted strongly in its St Andrews identity, the brand has built its name across both gin and whisky rather than starting with whisky alone, and later moved into a larger new distillery and visitor centre on the Eden Estuary at the University of St Andrews’ Eden Campus.
