Eden Mill White Wine Cask Gin has been rested for 15 months in a French White Burgundy cask. The result is a zesty, aromatic spirit with notes of tropical peach and apricot,alongside botanicals such as bergamot and lime.
(EE-den mill) Eden Mill was founded in 2012 in Guardbridge, just outside St Andrews, and brought distilling back to the area after a gap of more than 150 years. Rooted strongly in its St Andrews identity, the brand has built its name across both gin and whisky rather than starting with whisky alone, and later moved into a larger new distillery and visitor centre on the Eden Estuary at the University of St Andrews’ Eden Campus.
