Palate
Green apples and freshly cut grass give way to banana cake and spiced vanilla custard, with a candied orange grace note. Dried fruits—raisins and figs—rise with lush, sweet sherry, delivering a bright, indulgent palate.
Finish
Medium in length, the finish is voluptuous, juicy and chewy, with warmth and sweet sherry lingering as a perfectly controlled oak reveals itself in the final, lingering impression.
