Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany glow.

Nose

Very gentle, floral and sweet, with juicy orchard fruits woven through nutty caramel, nougat and rich butterscotch overtones.

Palate

Sweet malt opens to bright citrus—orange and lemon—with crisp green apples, pepper and clove. Wood spice and oak tannins lend firmness and elegance, guiding the palate toward the oloroso sherry finish that lingers with subtle nutty notes.

Finish

Orchard fruits and caramel soften, revealing whispers of walnut, nougat and vanilla, with dried fruits lingering in a soft, elegant finish.
