Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery-gold highlights and a warm, mahogany glow.
Nose
Warm, honeyed and refined, with orchard fruit, brioche-like sweetness, and creamy vanilla. A delicate sherry-finish lends dried fig and raisin, brushed by almond and a whisper of orange zest.
Palate
Silky, well-integrated malt with honeyed sweetness and creamy vanilla at the core. Sherry cask influence threads in dark plum, fig and raisin, plus cocoa and a whisper of spice—cinnamon and nutmeg. Velvety mouthfeel, balanced by subtle oak, finishing long with warm dried-fruit complexity.
Finish
Silky and enduring, the finish unfolds with warm honey and caramelized dried fruit—raisin, fig and apricot—layered with cocoa and a kiss of spice. Sherry cask influence lingers, leaving a velvet sweetness that slowly fades into a warming, golden glow.
