Palate
Firm, malty presence with a chewy, waxy texture. Layers of vanilla and toffee mingle with warm spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, and white pepper—over a backbone of dried citrus and polished oak. Gentle hints of grilled apple and heather honey drift into a long, resinous finish.

Long, refined finish with warm spice and oak, a whisper of dried fruit and citrus, and a gentle, smoky fade that lingers softly on the palate.
