Signatory Vintage Scotch is one of the most discerning independent bottlers of Scotch in the world. They bottle one cask at a time, capitalizing on the unique colour and flavour characteristics of each individual cask.
By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber gold with coppery highlights, subtly shaded toward mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Aromas swirl with dried red fruits—cherries, figs and dates—zest of orange, toasted almond, toffee and cocoa, all caressed by sherry-rich oak and a whisper of spice.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied on the palate, orchard fruits mingle with honeyed toffee, a hint of almond and vanilla. Subtle oak spice coats the tongue as dried-fruit depth lingers, leading to a gentle cocoa note and a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, velvety finish enriched by sherry influence, with lingering dried fruit and nutty sweetness. Dark plum and fig unfold against cocoa and espresso notes, while toasted almond and gentle spice leave a refined, savoury warmth. Elegant and persistent, it fades with a quiet, polished oak shimmer.
