Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with mahogany depth and a copper-gold glow, a sunset-toned sherry-kissed hue.
Nose
A fragrant chorus of honeycomb and ginger-toffee leads the bouquet, laced with peanut brittle, brandy snaps and root beer. Autumnal barley notes unfold beneath candied peel, while hints of green herbs, especially mint, lift the sweetness with a cool, herbal edge.
Palate
A bold, sweet-spicy palate of ginger toffee, candied citrus with floral lift, a waxy mouthfeel and notes of dark chocolate, toasted walnuts and mocha.
Finish
Lingering spice wields a soft, milky ginger latte as apple crumble with caramelised demorera sugar and baked pastries drift through the finish, leaving a warm, sweet-spiced echo on the palate.
