Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich, sun-kissed amber with a warm copper glow and a whisper of mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Coastal wax, citrus zest and honeyed apples rise on the nose, carried by sea spray and a whisper of brine. Subtle almond and polished oak deepen, with faint sherry-dried fruit and spice, inviting a warm, lingering perfume.
Palate
Clynelish waxy mouthfeel; a full, warming palate. Ripe citrus zest and honeyed orange ride a tide of dried fig and raisin, with dark chocolate and toasted almond. Sherried sweetness folds into oak spice—cinnamon, clove—while a coastal, saline whisper threads through. Long, elegant finish where polished wood and peppery warmth linger, leaving a refined, lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long, maritime finish with sea-salted wax and orchard fruit core. Sherry-cask notes emerge as dried apricot and almond mingle with warm spice, then soften into polished oak and a hint of coastal brine. A delicate sweetness lingers, slowly fading into a warm, waxy glow.
