This unparalleled Single Malt has spent its entire life in rare first-fill Ruby Port casks. After an incredible twenty years patiently maturing in these wine casks from northern Portugal, the Malt is imbued with big, bold and luscious red fruit flavours. The years have ripened the fresher strawberry and raspberry notes, giving them a deeper, richer and sweeter fruit jam quality. The fortified Port Wine cask has added waves of sweet, caramelised toffee notes, balanced by a hint of sweet chilli.
