Colour
Deep burnished amber with coppery bronze undertones, a warm sun-lit gold that glows in the glass.
Nose
Floral and nutty, with marzipan, hazelnut, almond cream and morello cherries.
Palate
Roasted nuts and spice lead the palate, with cinnamon and cloves fading to reveal soft notes of butterscotch, toffee, sultanas and a gentle hint of coffee.
Finish
A lingering finish of clove spice, toasted hazelnut and cocoa. The warmth stays long, yielding a soft chocolate-nut echo that gradually fades into a gentle coastal sweetness.
