Method and Madness is an experimental Irish whiskey and spirits range from Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Created by Irish Distillers in 2017, it brings together Midleton’s masters and apprentices, using the distillery’s Micro Distillery as a space for new mash bills, unusual cask finishes and creative approaches to Irish whiskey production.
