Colour

Nose

Opulent sherry-soaked aroma of dried fruits—raisin, fig, cherry—layered with cocoa, orange zest and toffee. Rich spice and oak waft through, notes of almond and coffee bean, with a vanilla lift at the edge. A warm, inviting nose that hints at luxurious, mature single-cask depth.

Palate

Silky and generous on the palate, Braeval delivers sherry-soaked fruit—raisin, fig and dried cherry—woven with toasted almond and caramel. Spices lift the surface: cinnamon, nutmeg, a kiss of clove, atop a warm oak backbone. Cocoa and orange zest echo through a long, luxuriously honeyed finish.
