Colour

Deep amber with a luminous copper-gold glow, enriched by mahogany-tinged undertones.

Nose

Peat smoke and coastal brine rise with sherry-soaked richness. Red cherry, fig and dark chocolate mingle with vanilla-toffee, while spice and leather lend structure. A bold maritime aroma, hinting at single-cask sherry maturation and Bowmore’s quintessential edge.

Palate

Full-bodied and velvety, it layers Bowmore’s signature peat with a maritime glow and sherry sweetness. Dark plum, fig and cocoa mingle with orange zest and vanilla, while peppery spice builds. At 59.4% the warmth is plush on the palate, releasing a long, smoky finish laced with salted caramel, ash and sea salt.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with thick peat smoke and sea salt, complemented by sherry-soaked fruit and dark cocoa. The 59.4% ABV sustains a warming, spicy fade, with oak and pepper slowly receding to leave a refined, lingering aftertaste.
