Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery sheen and a mahogany edge, a warm sunset glow.

Nose

Coastal peat and sea-salt smoke rise with bright citrus zest, vanilla, and molten caramel. Beneath, dark sherry fruits—raisins and figs—linger with cocoa and toasted oak. Iodine and sea spray add a mineral edge, while the high ABV fans the flame of aroma, delivering a lively, warming nose with a playful, incendiary edge.

Palate

Islay peat fires the palate, tempered by lush sherry sweetness and sea-salt air. Burnt orange zest, fig and raisin, cocoa, vanilla, and almond mingle with a waxy mouthfeel. The 57.7% ABV drives a warm oak-spice finish with black pepper and smoke lingering long after each sip.

Finish

A long, coastal smoke lingers, the peat interlaced with sherry sweetness—dark chocolate, dried fruit and vanilla—coating the palate as warm salt and oak spice fade into a mineral, resinous finish.
