Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a sun-bronzed mahogany glow.
Nose
Coastal peat and sea-salt mingle with delicate iodine, rising with a brush of vanilla and honey. Subtle sherry undercurrent lends dark fruit and toasted almond, while a whisper of citrus keeps the bouquet bright. Maritime smoke lingers, inviting the senses deeper into the glass.
Palate
Softly peated and maritime on the palate, with lemon zest and a kiss of sea salt. A velvet mouthfeel carries warm, sherried sweetness—raisin, fig, cocoa—alongside toffee and vanilla. Subtle spice threads the finish, lifting the smoke to a balanced, lingering sea-salted glow.
Finish
Long, maritime finish: peat smoke and sea-salt drift across the palate, tapering into honeyed vanilla, citrus zest and soft oak. The finish remains suave and lightly resinous, with a persistent ember of smoke lingering and a whisper of sweetness.
