Colour

Nose

Coastal peat and sea-salt greet the nose, etched by a rich sherry glow. Crushed barley provides grainy sweetness, while vanilla and toffee weave through dark fruit notes of fig, raisin, and orange zest. Subtle cocoa, leather, and maritime iodine linger, all over a whisper of candle-wax and smoke that speaks of Bowmore’s classic balance.

Palate

Velvety and deeply peated, the palate unfolds with maritime smoke and sherried sweetness. Dark fig and raisin mingle with cocoa, espresso and toasted oak, while a subtle sea-salt lift keeps it bright. Rich, balanced, and long, finishing with spice and a refined, lingering ember of smokiness.

Finish

An elevated, lingering finish that coats the palate with Islay smoke and a whisper of sweetness. Dark chocolate and dried fig meet orange zest as sherry richness sweetens the peat. Salty coastal notes and roasted coffee drift into a polished, velvety finale, slowly fading to warm spice and ember.
