Palate
Silky, gentle peat with coastal salt greets the palate, bright lemon zest and vanilla from oak lending citrus-cream sweetness. Light-to-medium body, hints of toffee, orchard fruit, and a soft spice. The smoke stays refined, never assertive, finishing clean and maritime with a delicate mineral note.
Finish
