Tasting Notes

Colour

Burnished gold with warm amber and coppery highlights.

Nose

Coastal peat smoke mingles with sea air, a bright note of lemon zest and a whisper of iodine. Vanilla and honeyed sweetness weave with dried sherry fruits, while polished oak lends structure. Maritime, refined and softly smoky, with a lingering marine charm.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied palate of honeyed malt, vanilla and lemon zest, lifted by Islay peat. Sherry-influenced dark fruit—fig and raisin—adds depth, while coastal salt, cocoa and toasted oak carry through a long, smoky finish with warm spice.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish delivers coastal peat and sea-salt notes that slowly recede across vanilla-touched oak, with bright citrus and a gentle kiss of sweetness lingering into a softly smoky afterglow.
