Colour

Nose

Shadows of peat smoke mingle with sea salt and iodine, over a rich sherry-fruited core. Dried figs and cherries meet toffee, cocoa and vanilla, while citrus zest threads through a maritime breeze. A creosote-tinged peat glows against warm oak, finishing long, resinous and warming.

Palate

Opulent on the palate, it unfolds coastal peat and espresso smoke, tempered by rich sherry. Figs, raisin and dark chocolate mingle with orange zest and sea-salt, while vanilla and toffee lend warmth. Silky yet substantial, it coats the mouth with a warming, peppery spine, delivering a long, smoky finish that lingers with mineral and tar notes.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with a calm peat smoke that lingers alongside sea-salt and rich sherry fruit. Dark chocolate, dried fruit and a touch of spice unfold, turning velvety as the warmth slowly releases into toasted oak and a subtle resinous tail.
