"An entirely different, indeed lost, style of malt from the old, now gone, big stills. The result is an airier whisky which has embraced such good age with a touch of panache and grace."

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with a warm copper glow, edged by bronze tones and a caramel-bronze shimmer from its sherry maturation.
Nose
Fresh green grass notes mingle with an old-fashioned apothecary aroma—herbal, lightly medicinal, and distinctly refined, hinting at the 21-year maturity.
Palate
Rich, full-bodied and silky, the palate coats the mouth with waves of spice—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—woven with sherry depth. Dark fruit, toffee and caramel emerge beneath a velvety sweetness, finishing long and warm with lingering oak.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish unfurls with warm caramel, lingering alongside spice and a hint of sherry. Subtle oak supports the sweetness, fading into a creamy, velvety afterglow that invites the next sip.
